Order & Payment
Q: How do I place an order and use a discount code? A: Add beauty items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details, enter your discount code on the right side and click “Apply”. We support credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are protected by SSL encryption.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order? A: Free cancellation is available within 24 hours before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed. Address, shade or item changes can only be processed before dispatch, please contact us immediately.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you ship internationally and how long will it take? A: Yes, we ship globally. Processing takes 1–5 business days, plus transit time which varies by country. Orders over $59.98 qualify for free shipping.
Q: How do I track my parcel? A: A tracking number will be sent to your email once dispatched. Tracking updates may be delayed 24–48 hours by carrier or customs. Multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
Return & After-sales
Q: What is your return and exchange rule? A: Submit your request within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unopened, unused and kept in original packaging. Custom items, personal beauty tools and clearance goods cannot be returned. Buyers cover return shipping fees. Check our Return Policy for full details.
Q: I received damaged, wrong or missing items. What should I do? A: Contact us with your order number and clear photos. We will resend correct items free of charge; you may keep the incorrect item as a gift.
